Learn the art of sitting at His feet

Jesus said: “Few things are needed, or indeed only one" (Luke 10:42).

→ We often get distracted by “many things” when Jesus only asks for our attention.

:folded_hands: Here is your Faith Step of the day:

Say “no” to one social invitation or task today to create space for rest.

Remember, faith is strengthened through repetition, not intensity.

Yes, sometimes we tend to complicate life by getting distracted by many unnecessary things. I will reflect on this saying today and try to focus on a single, important one

Sometimes we need to rest and let Jesus do things

I don’t think Jesus meant to encourage helping others less. To me, he was addressing idle distractions, things like TV, social media, or fashion that can pull us away from what truly matters.

Helping others is, IMO, the core of Christianity.
