Hello everyone ![]()
Have you ever been in a relationship that destroyed you, but you couldn’t leave? ![]()
I have… Six years ago, I was fragile, innocent… The weight of my parents’ absence since childhood weighed on me, and I quickly attached myself to those who gave me a little attention. I didn’t really know what love meant…
And then I fell in love. Not with someone who was right for me, but with someone who hurt me: criticism, belittling, violence… and yet, I stayed.
Then one day, I met Jesus.
At first, I looked for Him because someone advised me to pray and seek Him with all my heart. And I found Him.
He helped me escape from this relationship that was killing me. A toxic relationship where I was belittled, beaten, and the next day, apologized with flowers as if nothing had happened. Jesus supported me, and it wasn’t easy.
I had to persevere. Temptation, mental, physical, and emotional dependence… it was hard. But I held on. Little by little, I regained my freedom, my peace, and my worth. ![]()

Today, I know that perseverance is the key. Even when everything seems lost, continuing to move forward, fighting for oneself, and seeking the light transforms pain into strength and opens the way to true freedom. ![]()

I recently discovered the song Perseverance by JesusBYS, and it resonates so much with my journey.
Every time I listen to it, it gives me courage and strength to keep going. If you want to be inspired too, it is available on Spotify and for free download on the website
