Hello everyone, 
Sometimes I meet people who seem to me irritable, distant, or stressed 
. And I must admit that, in the moment, I sometimes feel like judging or pulling away. But I remember that everyone is fighting an invisible battle, a struggle I cannot see.
“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” — Ephesians 4:2
Every day I discover that patience is a true act of love 
. When I choose to understand rather than criticize, I become a source of light for someone going through difficult times. Even a simple smile 
, a kind word, or a listening ear can lighten a heavy heart 
.
I realize that compassion starts with me 
: with my calm, my listening, and my willingness not to judge. Jesus teaches us to love our neighbor as ourselves 
, and sometimes that simply begins with being patient and reaching out 
to those who hide their pain.
“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” — Colossians 3:13
Today I choose to respond with gentleness and patience 
. And you, are you ready to offer a bit of light in the day of someone who is fighting in silence?
