Remember, faith is strengthened through repetition, not intensity.
Yes, you have to put yourself in the place of the littlest ones to be able to guide them. That is what a good leader does, a good leader like Jesus. 
To accomplish every task, even if it is degrading, with a joyful heart, is to follow Jesus’ example. I will do it today
