Hello friends, ![]()
In our society, loneliness is often seen as a flaw or a sign of fragility. Yet, taking the time to be alone is not a weakness, it is a courageous act of self-awareness and personal growth. ![]()
Facing oneself allows to:
- Refocus on one’s values and priorities, and distinguish what truly matters.
- Develop inner strength and emotional independence, by learning to be self-sufficient without relying on others’ approval.
- Listen to one’s true desires and understand what makes us happy, away from the noise and distractions of the outside world.
- Deepen one’s faith, by taking the time to talk to God, meditate, and receive His guidance in calmness.
Chosen solitude is a sacred parenthesis, a moment where we can rebuild ourselves, strengthen ourselves, and prepare to return to the world with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. ![]()

Reminder:
Being alone is not a flaw. It is a strength. Let’s learn to appreciate these moments, to transform them into inner power, and to come out stronger, wiser, and closer to God. ![]()
