Today, I’d like to share a testimony. Testimonies aren’t meant to brag or lift ourselves up, nope, they’re meant to give glory to God, and only to Him! 
I hope my story might encourage someone who reads it. 
A few years ago, I lost someone very dear to me. I understood why He allowed it, I understood that death and loss are part of life. I never blamed Jesus for it.
But I was still a kid, and I felt lost. Even though I didn’t blame Him, I slowly lost my fire for Him. I began praying only out of habit. I was grieving, and I started neglecting my relationship with Him. I felt guilty, and that guilt made me wander even further. 
Yet, in His goodness, Jesus found me again. At the lowest point of my life (when everything felt dull and I was only living because I didn’t want to die, when I had no real purpose) He came for me. 
Luke 15:4
“Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them.
Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?”
He left the ninety-nine sheep to look for the lost one 
… and that one was me.
Despite how far I had wandered, He came to find me because He loved (and still loves) me. All because, years ago, I prayed: “Never let go, even when I wander far.” And He listened. He stayed true to His Word and came for me! 
He revived the fire in my heart 
. He placed amazing people and friends in my life, and He worked through them to pull me back. 
The truth is, I didn’t even know I was lost until He found me. I thought I was doing fine, but the life I was living wasn’t truly in Him.
Real life in Him? It’s peace, love, and complete joy . I still face challenges, but with Him, I feel like I can go through anything. I’ve lost a lot, but having Him in my life is the greatest gain of all!
So if you feel lost, if you think you can’t be redeemed, remember: just as He came after me, waited for me, and found me, He can do the exact same for you.
