Why do I still feel fear?

Hi all :innocent:

Today, Iโ€™d like to open my heart and ask you a question, maybe some of you feel the same way I do.

Why do I still feel fear?

The Bible tells us:
:backhand_index_pointing_right: โ€œDo not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.โ€ (Isaiah 41:10) :sparkles:

But even with my faith, I still find myself feeling fear at times .
Sometimes I wonder: does this mean my faith is not real enough or not strong enough?

So, how do you deal with fear?
Do you also experience moments of fear in your life?

:folded_hands: Your testimonies could really encourage me and help me grow in my faith.

Of course, I also feel fear sometimes. Itโ€™s actually normal, it just shows that we are humans. When I do feel scared, I come back to Him. He is the only one who can really calm me down. I find the verses He gave us a great comfort at those times. Faith doesnโ€™t mean not feeling fear, faith means trusting Him through that fear :sparkling_heart:

Hello @Prime_Kitten I hope you are doing well . I completely understand your situation, and I want to tell you that I also sometimes feel fear . It is entirely human, and I think it is something innate in us. The important thing is that you have Jesus by your side :sparkles: and that you trust Him :folded_hands:. When you fully entrust your fear into His hands, you will see it gradually disappear :glowing_star: and you will find the strength to face all situations in Him :flexed_biceps:.

For my part, when I am afraid :worried:, I take a deep breath  and pray :folded_hands:. I am naturally a fearful person myself, but life has often forced me to face different situations, and Jesus has been my strength . Prayer has become my weapon :dove:.
